I Hate My Pug Puppy
We got our dog about 3 years ago. After a few months, I knew it was a mistake. But, we got him from the pound, & he had been there for so long! No one wanted to adopt him. He's very annoying & very dumb, uncommonly so. He hates playing, hates our big back yard, is awful on hikes, & is an all-around dumb, whiney dog who just sucks up money & stinks up the house.
I hate my pug puppy. My pug has the sweetest personality, maybe you have to own and keep them around a bit to see that come out. When I first got my pug it did take time to warm up to her because she did lack personality, but now its as if she is my child. I agree with most of what you have to say, but regardless of how much you or other hate them, they are still here. The new puppy is a so-called “Morkie,” one of the “designer” mixed-breeds that are trendy these days. Pretty much universally, these puppies come from pet stores or are sold over the Internet, which means that returning them is not, and should not be, an option. You are not alone! I can sympathise with the ggrrrrr factor - took my 5 month old puppy to the vets this morning (follow up injection for a strained tendon, caused by too many puppy handbrake turns ), and he managed to cover the entire boot of the car with poo.The crate, the upholstered bit of the boot, the straps that hold the crate in, the vet bed, the toy I'd put in with him to calm him down... I highly recommend neutering though, my male Pug had a testicle that didn't drop and that is what prompted me to have him fixed, but really I didn't get him to breed I got him to love. You have to remember though, Pugs were bred as companions and they hate to be alone and will react with bad behavior.
