I Hate My Labrador Puppy
But my top two favorite breeds are Labs and Pit Bulls. Both of them, I have to say, have equal hate towards them. It's just people's opinions. People judge way to easily. The ones who "hate" either one of the breeds, have more than likely never even been around the breed. Don't get stressed about it. I know I have before lol.

My Black Labrador x Border Collie, aged 4 years, learnt at a young age that letting her ultra friendly Lab genes – I’ve never met you before but I love you! – shape her approach to other dogs was not a wise move. So now she runs towards unfamiliar dogs to greet then but runs round them at a safe distance like a herding sheepdog!! He has done nothing but make my life miserable. I have a 5 year old malamute as well and she is a great dog, so I don't know what I am doing wrong with this one. I hate to keep him locked in a kennel all the time, but I don't know what else to do. My last resort is to get him fixed. Write “puppy help” in the subject line so that it’ll stand out in my inbox. [UPDATE: I hate to do this, but I’m not currently responding to these “Puppy Help” emails. There have been too many to keep up with lately, so for the sake of my workday (and my mental health), I’m taking a break.
My mom told me we were getting a puppy. We didn’t know what kind yet but we were getting a puppy and that was final. A week or so later my mom showed me a picture of a dog and he was a little, sad looking hound. I was a little bit disappointed because:-I don’t like short hair dogs-I don’t like bony dogs My Dad hit my Labrador puppy on the head? My dad always gave our puppy scraps when we told him not to because it would only teach him bad manners, so every time my dad has a plate of food, the puppy will always try and take a bite out of it. Hi – found your e-book (and articles on this website) hugely helpful (already left a comment). I’m preparing to take over a 10 month old labrador who was originally my daughter’s puppy and then when she didnt have the time, my son’s. He hasnt been trained except probably a bit here and there in an ad hoc way. Biting is a big problem for many new puppy owners. The power of a Labrador puppy’s bite can be a real shock if you have never had a puppy before. The good news is that your puppy is perfectly normal, but the bad news is that he is going to keep on biting for a while. All small puppies bite. They bite hard. And it hurts Re: Puppy doesn't like putting on harness, but is fine once it's on Gorgeous pic! My 15 week old lab maisie has a similar harness and she hates it too. Shes growing out of it though so i am going to get her one that goes over her head so I havnt got to move her legs to get her in. The author comes clean about why she just can't handle her monster pet, and why we're judged for saying, "I hate my dog."
It is most upsetting for the other dog owners as well as me, and is certainly most un-labrador-like. My dog is a pedigree dog, gets regular, long walks and is very fit and healthy in all other respects. He attended puppy classes regularly until about 18months old, and was spayed as a puppy. My Labrador Doesn’t Like Water! Even if your dog doesn’t like water at the moment, all Labradors enjoy swimming if helped to overcome their initial fear or reluctance to enter the water. If you have an older labrador that has never swum, getting him swimming might take quite a while. You might feel that it is not worth the time and effort. I wouldn't let your puppy off the lead or let him roam in the garden if all the fences aren't puppy-proof. I can sympathize as we had a 'teenager' German pointer when my youngest was a baby/toddler and gosh it was hard work. If my DH had to go away with work, which was fairly regularly, the dog would go to a nearby kennels for those days. You are not alone! I can sympathise with the ggrrrrr factor - took my 5 month old puppy to the vets this morning (follow up injection for a strained tendon, caused by too many puppy handbrake turns ), and he managed to cover the entire boot of the car with poo.The crate, the upholstered bit of the boot, the straps that hold the crate in, the vet bed, the toy I'd put in with him to calm him down...
